Child Extra Bed Policy:

• Complimentary stay for two children upto 5 years of age on room only basis without extra bed.

• Extra bed will be charged for children above 5 years.

• Extra bed – (5 Years to 12 Years) INR 1500 .

• Kids above 12 years would be considered as adults.

• Above 18 years single room charges will be applicable as per room category.

• Extra bed provided as a single sofa cum bed.

 

 

Booking Policy:​

• Room confirmation subject to advance payments.

• Check-in time is 12:00 noon; Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and charged extra.

• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check in.

• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.

 

Cancellation Policy:

• Free Cancellation if cancelled 15 day(s) prior to the check-in date. However there will be an applicable charge for the bank / payment transfer for the refund.

• 50 percent cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled in between 15 to 7 day(s) before check-in date.

• 100 percent cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled after check-in date or on No show.

• The above cancellation policy is not valid during long weekends, Christmas, New Year and during certain other times of the year wherein rooms will be confirmed subject to non refundable advance.

• For Christmas,  New Year, long weekends period a supplement cost may applicable on the offered / published rates.

• We are flexible on the cancellation policy as well.
